I get this error when trying to install "microsoft office developer tools update 2" on my Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 install (the extensions update downloads OfficeToolsForVS2015.exe which brings up the error in Web Platform Installer once opened). I tried this on multiple computers, including a Windows 7 VM I still have hanging around... same error. I know this may be old tech now but this is for a very urgent development task I need for an existing web app that apparently needs this update to open properly in Visual Studio 2015. Any assistance GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
